Unprecedented Performance Special recognition goes to the cleaning staff at Lexus of Peoria. This account recently hit its third 99% quality level in a row! This is unprecedented in the Company. The cleaners at this account are Beverly Parrott, Brenda Mohn, Nicole Parrott, and Dwight Sykes. Congratulations staff, and thank you for doing such a fantastic job!
Team Players Mason Ledgess, VSI District Manager, would like to say “Great Job,” to Teri Grogan and Jerry Burns for the outstanding job they are doing for VSI as general cleaners at Altorfer Power Systems and PJ Hoerr. A few months back both of these accounts were upset with the service they were receiving. Since Teri and Jerry have joined our team, Altorfer Power Systems has increased service to five days a week and PJ Hoerr has let Mason know that they are pleased with both of the cleaners. Thanks, Teri and Jerry, for your hard work and for being true team players!
Extra Effort Appreciated One of our customers at the Caterpillar Pontiac facility recently passed on thanks to VSI employee Tony Burgess for the extra effort he has been putting forth on second shift. Tony has been recognized by the customer for going the extra mile to ensure the parts get to the right place, and for making sure the customer has the trays that they need. Good job, Tony!
A Great Idea A very big “thank you” goes out to Beverly Parrott, a cleaner in Pam Robertson’s commercial division, for positively displaying our Company values. Beverly came up with the idea to do a 50-50 raffle to help raise extra money for the VSI Santa Program. Pam reports that a good deal of extra money was raised from this raffle. What an excellent way to help out employees in need! Way to go, Beverly!

Self-Care Helps
Too busy to stop and eat lunch? If you fail to fuel your body, it can lead to fatigue, irritability and difficulty concentrating. One’s vulnerability to mistakes and injury on the job also increases. However, eating a well-balanced lunch will increase your stamina and make you a more productive and safer worker.
