Text Box: Thanks to Caterpillar Morton Employees
Special thanks to Trent Lantz and Andrina Williams who work as cleaners at the Caterpillar Morton facility. They were both recently complimented by our customer for their attention to detail, pleasant attitudes, and efficiency. As stated by the customer, “Sometimes we fail to acknowledge a job well done because we just expect it. However we are quick to point out shortcomings. I thank you for this opportunity to bring your attention to two fine young people.” Keep up the good work, Trent and Andrina!

Congratulations!
Congratulations to Libby Goodwins on earning her Six Sigma Green Belt. Libby works as a Logistics Analyst in the Pontiac, Illinois, Caterpillar facility. Libby has been employed with VSI since December 2003.

Text Box: We are all aware of the changes taking place in our industry. Our customers and their expectations are different. Cost efficiency and continuous improvement now hold a higher value throughout our customer base. The expectations for high quality services and quick response to customer needs remain constant. The challenge we must meet is to find the efficiencies in the way we conduct business in order to provide cost effective, high quality services.
Vonachen Services Inc., as a company, now provides the tools necessary to not only succeed, but excel. We have precise operational and financial data available, i.e. labor reports; Team Bid; turnover reports; and standardization documentation, which provide us the information necessary to run our operations successfully. We have embraced this change, created opportunities and grown our business in facilities such as Heartland Community College, Joliet, Harvester Works, Airport, Lexus, and Toyota.
With everyone working together, embracing new ideas and utilizing the tools available to us, we can be confident that our future challenges will lead to our future successes.
