Above And Beyond

Our customer at the Caterpillar Joliet facility recently commended the VSI Joliet staff on the outstanding job they do cleaning the Human Resource Department . Beatriz Aguilar, Juana Cisneros, and  Martha Johnson “are always so thorough, professional and expedient in their service. They service us with a smile and the willingness to go the extra mile every night. They make inquiries about additional duties and services they can provide as well as offering us continual service with excellence.” VSI gives a big “Thank You” to Beatriz, Juana, and Martha for going above and beyond every night!

Admirable Action

Suzette Hall, Executive Housekeeper at the Hotel Pere Marquette, would like to thank Kelley Prichard for her honesty. Kelley recently found a gentleman’s wallet next to his bed while cleaning the room. She placed it on the nightstand where he could easily find it, with a note explaining that she had found it. He in turn left her a note and a $25 tip as a token of his appreciation. Thank you for your honesty, Kelley, and thanks for setting a good example for all VSI employees to follow.

Employee Appreciation

Congratulations to Tracy Donnor and Eddie Southern from the Cat Oxford facility for receiving the Cat Employee Appreciation Certificate. They were both nominated by Cat employees to receive the certificate. Both Tracy and Eddie received a Cat hat with the certificate.  Thanks for your hard work Tracy and Eddie. Keep up the good work!

Recognition Due

We received a thank you letter from the President of Prusak, Winne, & Gorman, Ltd. praising VSI employee Donna Fletcher. He writes, “Donna is extremely reliable and does an excellent job. She is always cheerful...Her most impressive attribute is her attitude. She is always positive and upbeat. I want to thank your company for assigning Donna to our office.” Way to go, Donna, what an extraordinary compliment!
