Professional Service

Our Life Flight OSF customers recently wrote an e-mail informing us how polite, dependable and professional Gail Darling is.  They find her to be very approachable, consistently displaying a smile and thoroughly cleaning the area.  Bill Perry, VSI Operations Manager, said, “Gail has done a great job at OSF from day one.”  Thanks, Gail, for doing such an admirable job!

Cool Compliment

One of our customers from Caterpillar in Pontiac wrote a very nice letter praising Paul Henderschott, General Laborer.  The customer feels we have found the perfect position for Paul.  Some of the comments included in the letter were: that Paul is a great asset to the receiving docks in the capacity he currently holds, does an outstanding job offloading and delivering materials, is very conscientious about his work - if he is uncertain about a situation he will always ask, and Paul is always doing something on the docks even after all material is delivered—sweeping, helping in shipping,  and assisting with UPS.  Super compliment, Paul, outstanding performance!

Team Players

Heidi Murdoch, District Manager, would like to thank the following cleaners for picking up extra buildings when she was short staffed recently: Kathy Hufeld, Dechana Henley, Brenda Mohn, and Toni Anske.  Heidi says that you are all team players and help VSI to stand above the rest!

Thankful Customer

VSI would like to give extra special thanks to Kristina McCausland, General Cleaner, for finding a $50 bill and returning it to our Methodist customer.  Our customer was very grateful, especially because the person who lost it never realized they lost it and no one would've ever known if Kristina found it and kept it.  Our customer also said Kristina does an excellent job cleaning and that both Kristina and her supervisor, Rob Carruthers, District Manager, are “just fabulous.”  Our customer said they were so glad they chose VSI because Rob and Kristina are “so, so good!”

Perfect Attendance

The following people from Kathy Smith’s, District Manager, district have not called off or missed a day since they started:  1 year: Clara Hickman, Becky Hickman, Dennis Isaac,  Kim Walker, Gary Wishtart.      6 Months: Heather Taylor and Ed Williams.  Wow, way to go!

Quality Score

Mindy Bonner, District Manager, would like to thank Gerold Burns and Deborah Parks for all their hard work at PJ Hoerr.  Gerold and Deborah scored a 98.32% on their latest QA.  Great job, Gerold and Deborah, and keep up the good work!
