Awesome Action

Our customer Joan Patton, Vice President and Manager at the Kumph office of Busey Bank, wrote a very nice letter praising  Deb Kestner, General Cleaner, for correctly reporting a noise, similar to that of a smoke detector, going off upstairs.  It turned out to be a back-up battery for a computer system going dead.  Joan reports that Deb was nice, very patient, and showed much responsibility.  Way to go, Deb!

Perfect Attendance

Congratulations to Emmanuel Ngoy, 3rd shift employee at Heartland Community College, for contributing 1 1/2 years of excellent service with perfect attendance.  This is quite a noteworthy accomplishment.  Well done, Emmanuel!

Grateful Customer

VSI would like to give extra special thanks to Anna Thomas, General Cleaner, for the safe return of $500.  A customer in one of our banks dropped the money on the floor and returned to the bank in a panic when he noticed his money missing.  The customer was very grateful to have his money returned.  The bank put out an email thanking Anna for her honesty.  That’s remarkable, thank you, Anna!

Outstanding Employee

Heidi Murdoch, District Manager, would like to thank Kathy Hufeld, General Cleaner, for the outstanding QA scores at her accounts, and for her extra efforts during a challenging start-up.  Your efforts did not go unnoticed, Kathy.  You are a true example of VSI’s Purpose and Values.  Great job!

Praise for Heartland

Mark Thunehorst, District Manager, says, “Congratulations and thank you to all the employees at Heartland Community College for their recent quarterly QA score of 98.06%.  This is an outstanding job.”

Golden Honesty

VSI would like to give extra special thanks to Cassie Clark, General Cleaner, for finding a black hills gold bracelet while cleaning a restroom.  Cassie turned the bracelet into our contact person and it was returned to the lady that lost it.  She was overjoyed to have it returned; it was a gift from her daughter.  Our contact person wrote Cassie a very nice thank you note.  Thank you so much for your honesty, Cassie!

Team Player

Hats off to Ray Milleville, General Cleaner.  Ray has gone above and beyond his duties to help out with carpet work in Kathy Smith’s district.  Ray works in another district and has jumped over to help out several times when Kathy’s district was short a project person in one of our large commercial facilities.  Our customer has noticed a big improvement and is pleased with Ray’s efforts.  Thanks for all your help, Ray, you are a true team player!
